How to Order?

I. CHOICE OF PRODUCTS Navigate the dudi-bait.ro website very easily using the horizontal menus at the top / bottom of the pages (the “Store” button for the product catalog, the “Products” button for fishing items grouped by category), the side menus or by use the search box for a specific product. For a quick view of the product details, click on the “Quick View” button visible when moving the cursor on its presentation image. For complete details and specifications access the product page.

II. ADDING PRODUCTS TO THE SHOPPING CART Select the product options (if applicable) and the desired quantity. Use the “Add to Cart” button to complete this operation.

III. VIEW / UPDATE SHOPPING CART To view and update the cart, access the “Shopping Cart” icon at the top right or in the navigation menus. In the cart page you can edit the quantities or delete the products you want to give up.

IV. ORDER FINISH After checking the quantities and the list of products, the delivery option will be chosen (if applicable) and the next step will be: enter the necessary data for delivery (“Continue with Order Completion” button. To place the order you must accept the Terms and Conditions use of the service and the processing by dudi-bait.ro of the transmitted information. The available payment methods are: a) in a refund system – payment is made upon receipt of the package b) deposit in the account – payment is made with deposit of the order value in the account provided when placing the order. The order number will be specified in the comments regarding the payment made. c) online payment by bank card (card payments are currently suspended)

V. ELECTRONIC ORDER CONFIRMATION After placing the order, an electronic message (e-mail) will be sent to the customer with the order data (order number, products, value, payment method and delivery). In special situations the client will be contacted for additional details.

VII.. PACKAGE AND PAYMENT RECEPTION Delivery is made by express courier companies. Payment is refunded upon receipt of the package if an alternative method of making it has not been used.
