The available payment methods are:

Payment for the requested goods can be made either upon receipt of the order or in advance. The payment amount will also include the transport cost. The goods will be accompanied by the invoice. The invoice will contain VAT, the prices on the site include VAT.
Payment upon receipt of the order is made to the agent of the courier company (in the country) or to the staff of Dudi Bait (Cluj-Napoca).
In order to minimize the cost of transport, or at our request (special products or high value), the customer can pay in advance the value of the products and the transport taxes.
The goods will be shipped after confirming the entry of the money in the company’s accounts. As a result of the order, the customer will receive by e-mail a proforma invoice, which will contain the amount to be paid. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the company’s account, specifying the number of the proforma invoice.

Orders sent by 12:00 will usually be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped in the following working days (maximum 2 days). Orders received on weekends or during public holidays will be shipped in the next 1-2 working days.

Dudi Bait does not work with the Romanian Post.

If there are damaged products during transport, a report is drawn up with the representative of the courier company and the damaged product is returned exclusively, which will be replaced free of charge by Dudi Bait. The report drawn up by the courier company is absolutely necessary in order to be able to replace the damaged product. Subsequent claims for damaged products are not considered.
