The rights and obligations of users / customers and of SC DUDI BAIT SRL (as a commercial service provider) regarding the use of the existing shopping platform on dudi-bait.ro
I.PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and sent within a maximum of 2 working days from the date of registration. In the case of pre-orders this term is different. Dudi-Bait.ro does not assume the delays caused by the courier companies.
The accepted payment methods are:
- a) in a refund system – payment is made upon receipt of the package
- b) deposit in the account – payment is made with deposit of the order value in the account provided when placing the order. The order number will be specified in the comments regarding the payment made.
II.PRODUCT WARRANTY
The items sold by dudi-bait.ro are produced respecting the legal standards in force. The guarantee is granted according to the law. In some cases the product is accompanied by a certificate of quality and conformity.
III.PRODUCT RETURN
The products ordered on dudi-bait.ro can be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the package. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The return will be made with zero refund, following which, after ascertaining the fulfillment of the required return conditions, the order value will be paid to the client by bank transaction. The products must be returned without traces of use and in the original packaging.
